To get anyone to see you when you are on site is abysmal. Office is always unmanned, in the past I have called from their reception phone and even after 2 calls nobody came to see me. Another time I've Called the number given on the warehouse door to be told someone will come to me, and after 30 mins was still sat waiting. Nobody came on or off site once in that time so they're not busy, just awful service. I recommend Mellards in Stoke which is organised, friendly and way way quicker.
